Information you give us. When you place an order, request a rush cake, or contact us, we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone, pickup day and time, your order, any note you write, and any inspiration photos you attach.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host may record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, so the site keeps working.
Saved on your device. Your bakery order (the items in your cart) is kept in your own browser so it is still there if you come back. It is not sent to us until you place the order.
Cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
To prepare your order, contact you about it, and have it ready for pickup.
To operate, secure and improve the website.
To send you only what you asked for. We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the bakery, and only as needed: Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Clover (secure payment processing when online payments are turned on). Each has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing. To make a request, email juliessweet23@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect and keep information
